We are honoured to be one of the selected circus companies for the European BETA CIRCUS program from 2023 – 2025. Focusing on the topic „Participatory Circus“.
BETA CIRCUS Participatory experience is a cooperation project that aims to create an European transnational opportunity to explore the participatory circus as a future trend to engage the public participation in the circus creative process, letting the audience to become co-authors, editors, and observers of the artistic work.

MIRROR OF NOVI SAD
Beta circus in the radiant atmosphere of a three-week artistic exploration „Mirror of Novi Sad“ cast its luminous spell upon historic halls of Highschool Tvdava on 17th and 18th May 2024. This dazzling performance output, born from the fusion of circus and participatory arts, stood as a testament to the boundless creativity ignited when communities unite, challenged by BETA CIRCUS activities.
Guided by the passionate mentorship of ondamarela (PT-Ana Braganca & Ricardo Baptista), a tapestry of talent converged. From the enchanting performances of Cie Fenfire (AT-Christiane Hapt & Sebastian Berger) to the raw, local flair of three Serbian dancers (Jovanna Rakic, Marko Milic & Milena Todorovic), every act painted the vibrant spirit of Novi Sad onto the canvas of collective imagination.
Underneath the glow of the spotlights, a troupe of daring participants, including….embraced the challenge of redefining artistic boundaries. Together, they sculpted moments of wonder, laughter, and introspection, crafting a reflection of their city’s essence.
